Organizational, Management and Control Model – Legislative Decree 231/2001

The 231 Model defines the principles, procedures, and responsibilities adopted by Europrodotti to prevent unlawful acts and ensure ethical and transparent management in compliance with current regulations. 

Whistleblowing

Europrodotti has implemented an internal reporting system that protects anyone who, in good faith, reports unlawful or non-compliant behavior.
The reporting channel ensures confidentiality and protection of the whistleblower’s identity, in full compliance with current legislation.
